Is there any way to tell if we have internal scarring that’s not obvious from outside? In your case, did you know beforehand?

I agree with DongDangler.
Dr. Brian Christine is an excellent surgeon, but it's always wise to get a second or even third opinion. You never know what might be possible through different specialists.

To uncircumcised considering MPP:
Subcoronal approach --> high risk of post-op paraphimosis and lifelong preputial edema. Recommend discussing penoscrotal approach.

I think the stretch test might show it. My dr mentioned that I didn't have any fibrosis. In hind sight, I take that to mean that as he pulled. My penis stretched. I suspect scar tissue doesn't stretch very well.

To a small extent using those blurry black and white ultrasounds :D

An excerpt from Dr Eid's website:
"Combining the penile injection test with duplex ultrasonograpy will provide additional information on the cause of the dysfunction as well as further evaluated the erectile muscle of the penis. This test uses real-time ultrasonography to visualize the cavernosal arteries and muscle tissue, allowing for the detection of abnormalities such as fibrosis and calcifications of the erectile muscle as well as change in the measurements of the diameter of each cavernosal artery in response to the penile injection."

Just to let you know that you're wasting your time asking him questions. His profile says that he last logged in 13 months ago.

I see he hasn't been online in a long time, but maybe the quote will send an email notification to him and he will (some day) see it and log in. Let's see :)

Sorry but that is a big stretch. I have NEVER recieved an email from Franktalk. To be exact, I don't think they even asked for my email when I joined. In my opinion. If you're going to be fishing around in old posts. Verify that he is still visiting FT. For all you know he might be dead by now.

I receive email notifications from franktalk, and an email is absolutely required to register in the site.
