Different Drs have different plans. Mine was similar to perito,30 minutes twice daily. Max it and add as you wait. Started perito bending exercises about the 2nd month and continued this for a year at which point I maxed and went to once a day and after 13 months just when needed about 2-3 times a week
58year old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott,and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
