5 years out. Very satisfied. scar was only 3/4 inch. Tubing around the base took some time to get used to. Full length and girth at 6 months.
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck

I think either method is fine with an experienced doc. I chose a doctor who went through the scrotum because i was worried that sensitivity could be lost if nerves got nicked using infrapubic. I know thats very unlikely but we all have our worries and try and make the most informed choice as possible.
