BCBS has many different policies. The one I have will not cover it. If you have a benefit book from your coverage or you have the app you should be able to look at your coverage. Mine will not cover anything ED related. If the urologist codes the visit with a Ed code it won’t pay! Had two diffent doctors check mine.
