Friend, since I was implanted I have never pumped with 2 hands, if you put your hand and fingers in the right place you don't need 2 hands, they are only needed when you ride a bicycle to give the last 3/4 half pumps, take a good look at these photos just taken for you, my pump is right in this position and I pump like this
