So my advice is flaking skin can be a normal part of the recovery from swelling & bruising. If it becomes bothersome. Some gentle skin moisturizer might help. I don't think cracking or bleeding would be normal.

Thanks peeling it has become quite therapeutic almost like peeling a sunburn lol

I’m 8 weeks post op and still have massive swelling in my balls.

For me, after the surgery my scrotum was fine and I was able to pull the pump down daily. After 3 weeks I started having massive swelling and pain and it continues until now.

That interesting. Mine has been swollen I think since surgery definitely since cycling which I think maybe has further aggravated it especially when the pump will slip and bounce into one of my testicles it seems to be pushing my left testicle forward and that testicle is particularly swollen. Hope it is ok as I cannot masterbate for another 2 weeks to see per dr order.

I would rate the pain a 5 or 6 on a scale of 10. Should I contact the doctor for another round of antibiotics or is this pretty normal for the penoscrotal approach.

I am 3 days post surgery, I had the penoscrotal approach. I went to Lowes with the wife and my ball sack was really hurting today. I think it is probably normal. The doctor prescribed non opioids and one doesnt do a thing. I am about ready to take two.

Feeling good now. Been icing the scrotum. Swelling has gone down and I am a lot less black and blue.

Mine is swollen again I had hoped to be off the oxycodone by now but I think I still need it. Moving around is uncomfortable at the moment and aches at rest as well.
