So when you say annoyance and lack of pleasure, what exactly do you feel that you don't experience now? Is it that part of your dick is numb from feeling? I'm related to this particular thread but related to your post is an overall theme, have you tried inflating it less than maximum? Like maximum is supposed to be uncomfortable for a little while, it's stretching things out and you shouldn't even need to be near maximum to be able to have good penetrative sex/oral with a solid hard on.

Mind my experience is colored by my last year of ed 100mg viagra and 40mg cialis was "meh" erection quality... Not to hijack the thread but my TRT is pathetically low, but it falls just within the bounds of normal for a man my age. How was your TRT? And how did you go about getting some kind of TRT therapy was it out of pocket or did your insurance cover it?
