I've done it a few times and it works, but I don't do it anymore because I'm afraid of damaging the pipes not the cylinders, it has been written several times that it is the weak point of the titan

I hold the button and squeeze my shaft slowly in many different places along the shaft until there is no more fluid in the cylinders. Started doing these last couple of days. Hangs down to six o clock looks more natural. Really like the look and feel.
66 yrs old. Married 40 years to an awesome wife. Implanted on 8/4/2022 Titan 24cm XL. Dr Hakky. Loving the implant so far.
