no, I mean it is established that foreplay is better with low inflation, I had thought of doing foreplay at 50% and then if I didn't have the possibility to give other blowjobs (it was a question for those who already use the titan) you can fuck at 50 % given that 70/75% is very hard?

My Titan Touch was implanted just 6 days ago. So, I haven't given any thought whatsoever to being involved in any sex play yet.

I also don't have any experience yet to know whether my dick would be more sensitive when partially or fully inflated. I won't have a basis of comparison for that until I'm cleared to begin cycling when I can control the degree of inflation myself. You'll have to wait 4-5 more days before I can tell you that.

Personally, for sex play, I'd rather already be fully inflated so that there's no delay in the transition to fucking but that's just me.

The earlier recovery time was one of the reasons that I chose infrapublic over penoscrotal.

I wasn't even thinking of cycling when I made the decision but obviously cycling is part of the recovery process and is something that would be impossible for a penoscrotal patient to do only 9 days after surgery.

The 1st doc I spoke to said he "only" did penoscrotal and when I looked into it, I didn't like that I read/heard.

Mainly the longer surgical time (2.5 vs .5 hrs) and longer/more painful recovery period (3 wks vs 6 wks) as compared w/infrapubic based on what I saw & read.

So, I looked for another doctor and found (entirely by accident) one of the most experienced IPP docs in the country located only a short drive away from my home in the San Francisco Bay Area.

He said that he preferred infrapubic for the same reasons mentioned above but he also said that I could drive myself home the day after surgery.

I was skeptical about that but I did in fact drive myself home the day after surgery. So, I really didn't need my GF to pick me up but it was nice to have her there nonetheless.

Eid is the only penoscrotal surgeon that I have heard of who allows cycling so early.

The penoscrotal surgeon I consulted said I couldn't start doing that until 4 wks after surgery. I think ThailandBound's surgeon is recommending the same thing. So, the method does matter but opinions will differ.

Does Haaky do penescrotal or infapubic? I thought I read on his website that he does infrapubic but now i cant seem to find that info.

Personally, I didn't want the scar visible above my penis. My wife and I frequent resorts where that would be evident to others. Another factor was the risk of nerve damage going in infra-pubically, as the nerve bundle to the penis is largely on the top side. Pump placement is much easier using PS, and that's something I'm concerned about. Seems that nerve damage is not common, but for me the pros of PS outweigh those of IP. I looked for a surgeon that was well versed in the PS approach.

Just like our respective dicks, everybody is different in their assessment of what they're comfortable with.

My thought about why full inflation for sex is best: the nerves that create the sensation that cause your orgasm are just under the surface of the skin. Fully inflated these nerves will be pushed closer to the surface, meaning increased sensation should be felt.
However to answer the question, if the entry was moist enough a 50% inflated Titan could more than likely enter.
Oral on my deflated penis was ok but got better as I inflated while the wife sucked.
