You are right, bwtbbb. Glans engorgement and even the shaft won't be the same, if your erection is (helped) by your natural erection, which varies from one person to another. From my experience, when I ejaculate, my wife doesn't feel the same inside her. The stiffness is coming only from the cylinders. That's why, I always try to stay longer before coming.

I've heard that when the glans is not engorged, the tips can be felt and are uncomfortable for the partner.

I also know that you lose glans engorgement after ejaculation.

What do you about this or has there been no issue with discomfort from partners when glans were not engorged?

First, The wife has never felt the "tips".
Next, I don't lose engorgement after I go AND... she enjoys the hardness after I complete and keep pumping.
Last, I, for one, (and the wife) don't see this as an issue.
