I'm 72 and was with a woman for 15 years who is 71 now. Have a new 71 yr old GF but haven't had sex w/her yet.

My old GF got moist w/o any problems. So, never need to worry about using lubes. I just had to be considerate and not push too hard if I entered her dry. After I did, she moistening things up quickly enough.

She also previoulsy had 3 children so was loose enough for me to enter w/o causing her discomfort but she always commented on my girth (which she enjoyed).

I'm worried about having sex post-op w/my new GF because she's never had children and has not had sex in a long time. She's a widow; her husband died about 8 yrs ago.

As a result her vaginal canal is REALLY tight. Her canal grabs my index finger like those bamboo toy "Chinese finger traps." She still felt moist inside, so I don't think that will be a problem.

I measured the girth of my dick at 6" around this morning post-op (( was 5.5" around pre-op) which will be a lot for her to take. So, I think we'll need to use some lube (probably just KY) and I'll have to enter her really slow to start.

My volume of semen does not increase. My volume is added to her lubricating vaginal fluids. That is the increase to which I referred.

My GF gets moist when aroused. I usually give her a couple orgasms by cunnilingus (very reliable method) before inserting penis in vagina which goes in quite easily - lubricated vagina and relaxed labia and vaginal sphincter. When skipping the preliminary orgasms, entry is a much more delicate process - one-eigth inch at a time and very slow stroking.

Her gynecologist might be a source of advice on opening her vagina, also. There are hormonal creams that help. Vaginal dilators to preare her also.

I think there was some misunderstanding about my question. I got lots of suggestions like foreplay and lubrication that we have done. I thank you for the suggestions. We do have oral sex. It is our favorite activity. I'm not trying to brag but I usually give her 3 to 5 organisms. Sometimes we've loss count and they are so big sometimes. But the few times I did enter her she would say it hurt or didn't feel comfortable for her. I would have to stop all together.
I really wanted to know how a couple in their 70s or 80s have penetrative sex and the female is comfortable with it. I have been read posts about older couples that are older that I am and they both enjoy it and have sex 3-4 times a week. I find that amazing and I wanted to know what is their secret.

I’ve been listening to some podcasts and reading about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for menopausal women and it sounds a lot like what my testosterone gel does for me. So last week my wife and I went to see her doctor to talk about it. She has all the symptoms of low hormones. But the doctor brought up her blood clotting. The doctor gave her a referral to a gynecologist. But the US is way behind England in prescribing HRT and there are many women’s stories about how it changed their lives. Very interesting.

So, has any else's partner ever tried HRT? If so, what was your wife’s experience? I may post this question on a separate thread and see what people say. Thank you all.

My soon-to-be ex-wife will be 60 in a week. She’d taken hormones to alleviate her menopausal symptoms (hot flashes especially) with great effect. She lubricated easily and had the highest libido i’ve ever known in a woman. Eventually she stopped those hormones on advice from her gynecologist. She’s Brazilian and while very siting Brazil discovered a doctor that implanted HRT pellets into her. (btw, i’ve been on testosterone pellets for years. work great). She only need return for new pellets annually.

Post pellet, it was as if she was 25. A very high libido, and would get wet inside, and slippery down to mid thigh. She would drip. We were active in the swinger lifestyle and she could and would have sex multiple times in an evening, and never tap out despite multiple orgasms. So, id consider her a success story.

Money and sex seem to top the list of issues that lead to divorce, but neither were a problem with us. Ultimately her issues seemed to boiled down to just wanting more personal autonomy coupled with perhaps some mental issues that i still do not fully comprehend.
