In no way am I upset. But I can be pretty direct at times. Sorry but the answer to your question has lots of components. Just remember, most of your concerns have been solved. That is one reason why the common advice is to find a good doctor. He has seen all the problems & hopefully has either been trained or learned how to deal with them.
As for the software. The American version of english is not the same as the british version. I have relatives in the Netherlands. They speak quite good english but we (USA) use it differently. Even the Canadians have their own differences. If you was depending on software? I could understand the difficulty of reading years of old posts. I think that I have read about 1/3 of the history.
Also, when I was younger, I needed my gall bladder removed. I remember how I agonized over some guy cutting me open. At my age now, it doesn't seem to be so bad of a deal. Just maintenance on an old body.
