Implant & Circumcision Today - Dr. Perito

Having lived with a foreskin as an adult and then doing a circumcision, because I wanted it for several reasons, for me being circumcised is much better! That said, I do not understand why some on this site, mostly uncircumcised, are so against circumcision. If a guy wants to be circumcised it’s his choice, no one should question or ridicule.

My take on this is this is a site for learning about all such matters. There was no ridicule intended.
You are in a unique position as having experienced both aspects of the issue and could likely inform others of the benefits. Is that something you might do?

My surgery went well and I've had surprisingly little pain since then. I ended up not getting the circumcision. Dr. Perito felt like the implant would automatically retract my foreskin enough to uncover my glans like I wanted.

I go back 11.7 to have the staples removed and to be inflated/activated.

I highly recommend Dr. Perito and the infra-pubic approach.

Congratulations. Please keep us posted on yout progress and the reality of keeping your foreskin. I have no idea if this is normal or not but with cycling, especially of the “gearshift” variety it seems like not only does the shaft seem to become more normal but the glans also seemed to have enlarge. Not to worry though, even though more snug when passing over the glans it seems to accommodate.
If you want more detail on that specific exercise vs. Perrito’s, type “gear shift” or “gearshift” in the search window of the opening page. I have found it to be of more benefit and with quicker results.
I might also note there is old research indicating continued improvement with implant satisfaction at two years. Additionally, in some cases, continued enlargement. Does anyone think there might be a connection?
Again, best of luck from a guy with no regrets after two years….while not perfect still much better than what I / we were dealing with.
