The loss of centimeters, is it due to the doctor placing the implant of a smaller size or because when the penis is flaccid is smaller (from what I read, they say that the erection is like a flaccid but stretched penis)?

Thanks for helping me, my friend. Just one more question, if the glans is large, will the implant be able to fill it too? Or is it just the "body" of the penis? This is my fear, that my glans is big and the "body" is small, so the implant will only fill the body and the glans will remain small, thus losing most of its size. Is this possible or am I mistaken?

Just an addendum: when you say "The implant will go 1/2 way into your glans." does that mean the glans will shrink by 0.5 inches or is the translator translating poorly?

If you have glans engorgement before an implant , you will have glans engorgement after the implant is installed. My surgery was at Los Angeles, USC/Keck medicine. It is a huge teaching hospital. My surgeon was the chief professor and he did over 300 implants a year. He has been doing them for 30 years. He is semi retired now and assists Dr Jeffrey LoDoyle who is doing over 250 a year. They are very good. I had very good insurance that covered everything. I dont know what a cash price would be. Where is your home? Maybe I could suggest other surgeons around the country.

Does engorgement depend on erection? Lying down my penis is the size I said, but not standing up.

If you knew any good surgeon who would keep the size and were from Brazil, that would be great. Worst case scenario, I'll go to the US if I have to

If you get a good surgeon, the loss in length is minimal. Fully pumped up without using the VED, i'm back to nearly same old size. I am talking .2 cm difference. Yes, that makes a difference in our heads, but the receiver of the dick is much happier than this thing finally works consistently- and works for however long I want it to. Yes, there are guys who've lost considerable size, but they are rare and usually with surgeons who don't do this much. I will happily trade my .2 cm for what I have now. Do I wish it were longer? Hell yeah. But I'm implanted again in ten years, I'm way happier with this than what I had prior.
