Dr Knoll in Nashville does alot of them. So did his father but his father is semi retired now. Do not use Dr Matthew Pollard. Maybe it was just bad luck but the surgery with him has resulted in chronic discomfort and pain that I am having to learn to live with.

Vanderbilt has finally referred me to a surgeon that I've never heard of. I have requested more information before I take time off work for an appointment

I entered Nashville in the search bar. Dr Knoll was mentioned as having done 7000 implants and he learned from his father. There you are. If you want to drive less than 60 miles, take your chances. As far as insurance coverage goes a high volume practice will know all the ins and outs of getting you covered.
