That isn't a problem. Dicks don't feel different after getting an implant. And no women would notice even if they did.

Not all pumps are located in the same place within the scrotum. If it is in the back of boys, it will not be easy to notice unless the girl holds them. For me, the pump is in front, and can easily be seen and felt. If you don't want your implant to be noticed, it is better to keep your partner away and enjoy penetrative sex.

Maybe I am totally in the dark about paid girls….but man if your paying them who cares if the find out or you tell them… what difference would it make? Might even be a point of interest for a paid girl. Might even be fascinating to her.. just saying. I have a friend who does a lot of hook ups after his implant. Agree. Paid girls could easily figure out that you have an implant without giving you the impression that they noticed. Why would they care? They enjoy sex and get paid.

I don't think you need to tell them. If a girl noticed and asked, go ahead and tell her. It won't make a difference. She will love being honest with her.
