I had about 6.5” girth pre-op, and I’m currently at a little over 6”. So I lost a bit, but don’t consider it significant. I doubt 7” girth is likely with an implant, unless you go through some kind of tunica expansion surgery. Even then it’s a roll of the dice and not really worth it, IMO.

I am 7” mid and at least 7.5” base because it’s what I started with. There is no predicting exact limits because it’s all about individual tissue. But to be honest I could end up losing that if the tissue atrophies. We don’t know enough about this.
Oct 7, 2025 - Coloplast Titan XL - Touch pump - 26cm - 0.5cm RTE with Jonathan Clavell. Still sorting out TRT; plan to try a "modified natty" approach without injections.
