Why so many bad reviews about David Ralph online!

Because in this region are many nerves (the chance of feeling less after surgery ist higher from my research). Also I think the scar is more visible compared with penoscrotal. The pump placement is also not as good as with penoscrotal. IT seems the only benefit is that the implanter ist faster and IT s easier to install and faster able to cycle.

Also Antonini seems for me just a seller and there was a story here at FT dont know his name but he had 2 surgeries with Antonini and all 2 fails then he went to Eid also to long cylinders but much better outcome as with Antonini. Thats why not infrapubic and Antonini for me. Maybe you will BE happy and I wasnt right.

Not true at all,the only part of your statement that is true is scar is more visible.

I don’t know where you get your reviews from . You don’t get to be the leading urologist of a london hospital if your not any good.
His bed side manner is not the best I admit but your paying him to cut you up and sew you back together , not to make chit chat.
I highly recommend him , I saw him privately and had op done through nhs.
Only one I would go to in Europe . Other than that it’s Eid or perrito.

excuse me rocco84 you said you took the reviews of doctor ralph on google, I went to see them and actually there are only 6 and all negative, I went to see if there are reviews on antonini on google and I found 269 the first 70 / 80 all positive then I have not seen since, but it has 5 stars out of 5, if google is a guarantee for you because you consider antonini a seller and osmonov and other excellent implantologists, if it is for the review that you read a swallow does not make spring, and then I'm sure that all the world-class implatologists have had accidents along the way, not to be the defender of antonini who will be my surgeon, but I see from your part inequality of judgment

I can’t comment on a surgery experience with David, I was unfortunate enough to have my implant bodged and am now going with David for my revision

From what I understand, and my personal experience, I don’t think his negative reviews are based on his ability but more so his persona, he is a little cold but that’s just the way he is.

He is the highest volume surgeon in the uk and one of the highest in Europe and if you are uk or European based he should be on your shortlist imo

Your now mixing things. I dont go only with online reviews and when you read my first post I wrote that I am in contact already who had it done with Ralph. The online reviews are different to what I heard about him and thats the reason why I posted this here to geht more information s about him. I dont trust only one source! Because online reviews can be manipulated.

Antonini is a seller for me cause I had contact with him and heard similar things from others.
What you are doing is only going after google reviews and thats not enough for me.

But undergo your surgery with Antonini and tell your informations here so everyone can see the outcome. He s for sure a high volume implanter and a good surgeon and specialized.

He is for sure on my shortlist! Will travel to him on the 22nd of September. 300pounds (350€) is a big amount for a consulation by the way
