Deflation

With 4 pumps in does it look flaccid or is it slightly erect? Also does everyone develop dog ears?

I am almost two years out and very pleased with the flaccid, as well as the inflated erect look. When flaccid, I definitely have dog ears that are noticeable in a Speedo style swim brief. There are also lines that run the length of the shaft when fully deflated. The choice is whether to put a few pumps in and have less dog ears or lines that run the length, or leave flat. Either way it is about 5” or so. With the pumps in the penis sticks out just a bit. Once I got used to it, no big deal. In the wet swimsuit there is an outline of the penis that I hope no one takes for an erection. When I go to the dermatologist aesthetician I put a few pumps in to look ‘normal!’

I can post them or pm them to you. I should explain that I took lots of before and after pics (surgery) and pics to show the progress of healing over time. I hope that does not sound weird---I found it encouraging to see what I had before, right after surgery and then as I progressed. (I inflated 1-2 hours every day so it was easy to take pictures.) I did take pictures in my various swim briefs when I went back to swimming because with the 'new' flaccid, some of the swim briefs showed too much bulge, even for early morning swims. Before I wore a suit to the pool I would take a picture and with the lighter suits I would get them wet for the picture. I had to back off wearing some of the lighter colored briefs, for example, because the flaccid penis showed through due to size. Before the flaccid did not bulge so much. I have some shots that show the dog ear. I was never self-conscious about the dog ears, just the penis looking erect in some of the suits. If the penis is pointed down or to the right, the dog ear is very pronounced but it I point it to the left with a few pumps, there are no dog ears. Anyway, I can send you some pics once I convert them for FT.

It's hard for those of us that are not implanted yet to make sense of verbal description of "abnormalities" with the implant, so pics would really help. It's weird looking at them sure, but most of us are apprehensive of whether it will look "normal" and if a girl can tell if there's something off about it. Every successful outcome that looks decent encourages me, gives me hope.

I wear a small speedo for lap swimming. If fully deflated and u look at my speedo closely, you will see the bend/dog ear.

I also put one or two pumps to reduce the dog ear but then the bulge is larger. Everything is a tradeoff. No one has said anything about my implanted bulge so I would just carry on.

You know what surgery you had. Others, won't know.

Here is a suit the I could wear before but had to be retired. Before the implant even with the light color the outline was minimal but the do ears were too noticeable if pointed down and when I pointed to the side, that was too much.
