A small amount is injected (no needle it is a gel) into the urethra opening and in about 10 min your glans should expand along with thickening the shaft (This is my experience) Dr Eid prescribed it for me.

Thank you so much man. I will definitely discuss it with Eid when I go to NY!

Haven’t had any tests on sperm.

Really????

Sperm tests are useful for bacteria detection, even if they're not exhaustive.
Interleukine 8 is a good marker. If it's out of range it means you have something.
A transrectal ultrasound will check your prostate and pelvic area better than a basal ultrasound alone.

Considering you self report prostatitis type III/CPPS symptoms it's the minimum you should try.

I'm taking for granted you already had a basal ultrasound, PSA checked and a digital rectal exploration.

I’ve only had digital rectal, I’m sure when I see Dr Muneer tomorrow he will send me for those others

I never liked cialis because it doesn’t engorge the glans, even when I had good function. It also reduces sensation.

Levitra (vardenafil) was always much better for me because it engorges the glans very well. My head would swell up big. It seems worth a try.

These drugs hit receptors in various parts of the body and penis slightly differently which is also why they have different side effects.

Did you find a big difference between Levitra and viagra?

How it was the appointment with Muneer? Was he able to help?
Hard flaccid syndrome since 2019. Trying to get better with conservative treatments but an implant is on my radar

Hey man,

He checked me over thoroughly and said everything was normal in terms of appearance etc. since doing stretches and changing diet my long flaccid has turned pretty normal on most occasions so I do believe him there.

He checked for fibrosis/peyronies and said there was nothing abnormal whatsoever. He said it there’s no way it could be either without the presence of palpable scar tissue/plaque. He said maybe it’s a torn ligament pulling it up to cause the curve or a congenital curvature which would be weird considering it’s only become curved in the last year or so.

He said it would seem the amitriptyline is playing a big part in my ED. Have to see him again in a month for an induced erection, prescribed me 10mg Cialis to try in the meantime.

If you are near London and you can I wuold suggest you to get in contact with Dr Ralph. He is the best in UK (to my knowledge) ans surely will be able to provide better answers to your problem.

Viagra never did much for me, maybe because it should be taken on an empty stomach. I am thin but always snacking instead of eating defined meals.
