1 week postop….fighting regret!

I am 12 days post implant and my experience is the same as yours (without the regrets). My visit to doc this morning was painful and honestly I didn't hear a word he said after he started pumping and deflating. Good thing my wife was there. I DO rely on all the messages here and I am willing to wait this out without measuring ANYTHING. Thank you to all here. (My wife wanted to know from doc when she can ride this toy

If you wife is as interested as it sounds. You won't regret getting your implant. Unless its because you didn't get it sooner. Hope you get better quickly, for your wifes sake.

You’re only one week out,I don’t know what you expected but what you’re going through is very normal.You do have to heal and your implant also needs to soften up which it will do through proper cycling.As far as length that will usually go right back to where it was Pre Op.You need to relax and go through the healing process like all of us did and look forward to the hardest erections you have ever had anytime you want!It’s all good man,no need to worry!

Sorry for your circumstances, that sounds awful, I would keep trying to call your Doc. After reading so many stories some bad but mostly good, I feel you should be alright in the long run.

I had mine done 5 days ago and things couldn't be going better. Bandages came of 2 days later and the drain was pulled out yesterday. I had very little swelling and bruising. I met with the Coloplast rep today and did my first cycle, not sure how much, but it was hard as a rock. Drove home and did another cycle.

I also lost some length; I was 6.5 to 7 inches before. When I measured during the second inflate it was right at 6 inches. So not too bad, only hope it will all come back over time. It does look awful totally deflated nothing like before, but a few pumps take care of that. It's interesting how doctors differ in their approach to healing. Mine seems too very aggressive; he doesn't want scar tissue to from around anything.

Cheer up, you are an admirable and brave person and once you made the decision, never take a step back, not even mentally. I wish I had your courage.
