Mine is approx 2:30 but I can push it to 3:30 or up to 1:30. Can you damage the cylinders within the crus by exerting too much force?
Implanted by Mike Fraser in feb 2022 due to a 80 degree dorsal curvature. 18cm Titan - way undersized. 8’ pre Peyronies, 6’ pre implant - currently 6’.

Well I suppose if I had an elephant's trunk like he did that I'd probably Point down too :lol: but seriously the size of your rtes as compared to your proximal measurement makes a big difference. So my proximal measurement is 11 cm. And I have 3 cm r t e. If you were to give me 7cm r t e I would probably hang down too. But right now I'm at about 3:00 maybe 3:15. Too late for lunch and too early for dinner :lol:

I think I am more pointed 11 or 10 0'clock (curved to the left rather than right)..
40 yrs old. Have ED and PE all my life. Never had penetrative sex all my life. Tried almost all kinds of options( pills, injections, natural therapies etc. Turned Bionic on May 17'22 with Titan by Dr.Karpman infrapubic approach.16cm+2 RTE

As most seem to be my erection points slightly upward. Maybe like 2:15. This is better than it has ever been all my life. I used to be at 4 or 4:30 even when I was young. Either way the angle has never been an issue to having sex.
58, implanted with 22 cm Titan (no RTE's) on April 1, 2022. Complete ED started after High Dose Rate Brachytherapy for prostate cancer. Tried everything else first but nothing worked. Wonderfully supportive wife!
