Aside from the need to recover from surgery, the implant did not change my life in any way.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Before implant, I was a horny fucker who couldn't fuck. Now, I'm a horny fucker who CAN fuck.......
Age 74 . RP Oct 2010, No erections afterwards Four Titan implants: 2013, 2014, 2017, 2021 . Coloplast Genesis malleable installed February 2025 All Dr Perito except (botched) first implant.

55 yrs old. Prostiva procedure (enlarged prostate surgery) June 2019. Also hard flaccid issues. Working thru it (massage/yoga/exercise) and getting better and more mentally positive. Still experiencing ED, hate pills but i'm gonna figure out a way.

You need to pump up just before foreplay then focus on your partner and take your time. One of the very few drawbacks of an Implant is that it is 0 - 100% for some. Some pump up during foreplay and that's fine. Some get their partners involved in the pumping up and that's ok too. I pump up in the toilet or when she is in the toilet to 100% and then focus on her.
55 yo Aussie. E.D all my life. Used Viagra for years but. Went on to Injections which worked well but very inconvenient and didnt work sometimes. Implanted Jan'18 with Titan one touch 20cm/ 1.5RTE by Pro Chung in Brisbane.

sorry -- curious as to why you need to pump up -- do you mean with a VED? is it to engorge your glans?
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

He means pumping up as in inflating the implant.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

yes inflating the implant before foreplay.
