I am only 4.5 inches and probably came short by few it doesnt matter as its anyways small enough but whats important is that I have a working dick., Whats the point of having a 8 inch dick that doesnt perform vs a 6 or 7 inch dick that doesnt stop at all?? Life is all about compromises. There is no material significance between 8 to 6 as such in my opinion. Its sad your wife feels disappointed and made you even more.. If you get your inches back in 6 months to a year its good if not enjoy what you have..

Keep cycling aggressively and follow the instructions of Dr.Perito perhaps that will help. I am gonna try it when I am fully healed.

and I believe when its time for revision( whenever it is) the size will be even larger.

When I was 5 weeks out I'd lost more than you, dropped over 2" from 8.75" to 6.5". This is normal and expected shortly after implants.

You're 3 weeks out. I didn't even start exercising until 4 weeks after surgery. 7 months out I'm back to ~8.6" or so, and hopefully not done (research reports that size increases can happen up until 18 months out). Stretched flaccid over 9" now, which I hope means something.

Start doing a lot of cycling. Use your VED a lot. Masturbate a lot (or have sex). Pull it and stretch it a lot. Do the Perito exercises crazyjoe mentioned. Details here with the link to THE exercise: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=18843

I can attest that having a shortened penis changes the game but doesn’t ruin it. When my dick was big I could change angles, cadence, positions, rhythms like a swashbuckling swordsman. Now with a short penis with a further insult of having a dorsal curve, it’s more like being a detailed artist. I can still induce female orgasms but it’s less epical and spectacular. Major issue on my psyche with a long period of depression. Self talk and this site have helped a lot. At least I have a dick. It could be a lot worse. Also keep in mind that most women whilst masturbating don’t insert dildos or fingers…..clit stimulation is enough to satisfy a woman.

I would think it would be normal that glan engorgement would be temporarily lost after surgery and return later as the vascular system has undergone trauma and needs to heal.

Thanks again all of you! Now at 16days…… I will not measure again for several weeks. This morning the wife and I were messing around a bit and all of a sudden I realized my glans were slightly engorged, and under side was a bit round…. I know it’s early…. Really early…. I guess a few days ago I had my…. What the heck have I done, moments. Not yet. I am still recovering but hope to have sex in few weeks. But I never had sex in my life so I will take anything. Unfortunately have to live with what I have. I wish I had bit more but there is no way I can.. so I need to make it work..
