Re: Lost any hope
Please try to stay positive. Hopefully there will be a medical answer for you. But also understand the right relationship will be about much more than sex. I've been married now for almost 18 years and if we could never have sex again we would still be close.

I know well the hard path that your on. Stay positive. I feel certain that there is a solution. I had Peyronie’s, major scar tissue build up, and resulting ED that crushed me. I had an implant by Dr. Hakky just a few days ago with a solid outcome. Help is out there.
Titan OTR by Dr. Hakky, June 2022. 24 cm with 1.5 cm RTE

That sounds like BS. I have scarring and they just deal with it. There's even a tool that is used just for that:

To have a Titan fitted by Ralph is approx £12500. However if you reside in the uk it’s totally free.
The down side is the waiting list.
What I would do is pay to see him privately £300, then he will tell you to get your local uro to refer you to him.
That’s what I did.
Took about 5 months and Titan installed but that was my choice, he said he can implant any one you want.
Artful dodger had it done privately do might be worth privately msg him.
Good luck

Clementis - have you been able to think of something? I hope you will consider exploring the top docs some of have mentioned and understand they have great ways of dealing with fibrosis. If you believe they are viable options then all you need to do is stack cash (or have amazing insurance) and call them.
Titan OTR. Dr. Hakky - successful surgery and very happy with outcome.
My advice: choose a world-class surgeon and make yourself the healthiest you can.

Clem, I’m sorry to read this.
Pay to see Ralph privately.
People bang on about the usual names but I would wager Ralph is superior to any of them. He is as expert in this field as they come. I am SURE there’s something that can be done whilst preserving as much as he can. The man builds penises from scratch.
Honestly, pay to see him, explain how much this affects you and then he’ll sort it all out for you via the NHS.
Good luck, man. Don’t give up.

37, mild to moderate ED since age 21, 3 Dopplers - 1 result VL & 3 later results 'no physical problem', dependent on cialis (efficacy now waning), overcame Lymophoma at age 26, ED causing immense/profound psychological distress. Considering implant.

Re: Lost any hope
I know I’m repeating another post but Dr. Clavel in Houston specializes in pyronies disease and after researching him he has corrected several men with completely unusable docks prior and he was able to restore a straight dick along with a proper sized implants. He has a technique called the scratch that shreads the scar tissue… do some research on him he seems amazing!!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast with Classic pump 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong
