Done! Now officially bionic. No details as of yet. Doctor to pass all information tomorrow. In hospital at 6 am and back in hotel at 3 pm. No pain at this time just a little lower abdominal pressure. I was told that this would change my life for the better. Here's hoping....

I assume this is due to the painkillers.

Day 2 out on journey. Just removed bandages which to this point was the worse experience. Was having slight discomfort in lower right quadrant which I suspect is from reservoir placement. Prior to opening package I was having a little pain in lower left leg crease which I thought was tape pulling skin. Now I believe it was that combined with scrotal swelling and pump in that location. Now flat on my back with ice pack and took my first Gabapentine for nerve pain. Surgery involved plication and implant. Plication to correct 45 degree PD with scar tissue and narrowing. The experience to date at hospital and with Dr Clavell was outstanding. After 5 years of frustration there is finally light to be seen down this road. Slightly sore, gaining confidence.
