Had my implant done 3 days ago. Trying to stay positive

You'll find that everyone experiences different things. I'm only 6 weeks out and yes I can feel the cylinders with my hands, but I already don't feel like there is something implanted. In other words I don't NOTICE the implant just going through my day.

I am hoping my flaccid state softens up a bit but my doctor says cycling and use will help that some.

There are always trade-offs and from where I'm at right now, the ability to have a really good erection that stays up untill I tell it to go down is worth the price of being able to feel the cylinders and pump.

I think a lot of people's disappointment comes from not being counseled well by their doctors and having higher expectations than are possible. My doctor definitely under-promised and over-delivered.

Can you please explain this. I'm a grower, planning bionic early August. Will I feel the tubes after two or three months?

4 years later and it feels like 2 surgical tubes in my dick, Erect 6 inch . flaccid 5 1/2 inch. When sitting I usually wear it slanting up and to the right. The little access fly on my jocky shorts is not useable at all. Now it is, drop the pants and hang it over the top of the elastic.

Wait this feeling never goes away??? So there was no change from start till 2 months put till 6 months out

I understand that. But right now. Its like I walk I feel it. I sit I feel itm literally all day almost throbs with minor ache or pain. Like. When I put shorts on pressure stand pressure. Does any of thos go away is this just normal for first bit of time after surgery. 12 days out. I hope it gets different

No the pain goes away after about 6 weeks.
But does ache when you pump up to the max for about 6 months, this is cause your penis still stretching.
At 8 weeks all seamed to settle down.
Pump up to the max for couple of mins then deflate a little bit then have sex.

Everyone heals differently.
I had 3 surgeries in less than a year, but let me tell you about the 3rd one. I got it right before the great shutdown here in the US.
Healing went well, but was not able to play, even getting oral, for over 7 months!!!
Some guys on here were able to play within 3 weeks! Gawd, was I envious!
Solo sessions were much more tolerable, that is what I survived on, lol.

After my surgery, I felt like I was pissing through a tube for 2 months. It just felt weird. Now that feeling is gone, I can fuck without fail, but rarely have pains (I honestly think my body is still adjusting because I felt the pain when I was 1st healing).
So just stick with it. If nothing is discharged or you don't have a boatload of pain, give it a couple days if you can handle it and it subsides. Otherwise, stay in contact with your doc.
Light clothes, and if you can go completely naked in your home, go for it. Believe me, there is nothing sexual when walking around naked because clothes are just too rough on you. Good luck.

Thanks. Just trying to adjust to this. Again I work as a police officer. Very active job. Still have about 18 years left. So just trying to make sure I can operate pants and gun belt. I'm 48 and I've had trouble with e.d for 15-20 years. I would take up to 100mg. Of Viagra and it would sometimes help but side effects of not being able to sleep afterwards and acid reflux next day sucked. So I used it very little. I then tried Cialis but results weren't as good as was disappointed often using it . 2 years ago I noticed some hard areas forming in my penis. I went to a local urologist and he confirmed it was Peyronie's. He suggested xiaflex and we went down that road. I had 40-50% curvature to go along with a slight natural bend making sex very uncomfortable and difficult. I wish we hadn't done the xiaflex because it did nothing but cause pain and extra time. He basically said after the treatments they don't always work . I was sent to UVA medical center in VA couple hours from home. They went over all my options and we decided an implant would help the p.d. and my e.d. I was pleasantly shocked to find out my insurance immediately approved the implant procedure. I went in may 11 to have my implant done and some plaque incised. My Dr said that surgery went very well with no issues. I'm having hard time adjusting to a semi rigid penis and waiting for it to heal but I feel good about the entire process. I was concerned that the open hole where the drain kept leaking a lot but it has finally slowed down. I just wanted to share my experience so far and try to help if anyone has questions. Eventually, you may want to invest in boxers, as they closely resemble going commando (IMHO)
Even today, my preference is going commando. But I do have some crotchless men's underwear and some boxers. I would rather use briefs, but the act of the having my dick pulled down even more when I sit is not appetizing.
Since you don't have that sponginess in your dick any more, you will feel the tubes, esp. when sitting down. Everything will eventually come back, just have to make adjustments.

Thanks Brianroa7 and oldbeek. I'm starting to feel ok other than getting up or sitting down. Walking thru the house with my 9 year old here is tricky. Lol. Few people have asked what I had done. Best thing I have come up with is they corrected a blood flow issue. Haha

Congrats on joining the bionic club! It took me several weeks to tolerate sitting in a hard chair.
I told the kids and others I had a cyst on my testicle that had to be removed. Think they'd be grossed out knowing mom & dad are still active. However, if any of my boys mention bedroom issues they will be told of my journey.
