Girth near glans

Although I’m at a bit of a disadvantage inasmuch as I don’t have a vagina, I can vouch for Lost Sheep’s hypothesis that having a huge glans is a benefit based on qualitative reactions from quite a few women. Giving a solid stretch upon initial entry seems to trigger a positive reaction. That being said I would give up the glans girth in exchange for a solid and durable erection. I guess you can’t have it all.

I can only get glans engorgement by using a cock ring, or rubber bands, same effect.

It works really well for venous leak, even with an implant. Try it.

Wouldn’t anything that’s too ‘tight’ damage the implant? I don’t know.

I use rubber bands overlapping on top of each other.
The implant cylinders are robust.

What would the reason for my girth being so thin near the glans anyway? It wasn’t that thin there before I had the implant so I don’t know why it is now.

DID you have a prostatectomy where the nerves were removed that cause glans engorgement?

The tips of the cylinders are supposed to go all the way to the end of the tunica albuginea. No further or you will risk erosion. For MOST men this is significantly partway into the glans, but not necessarily for all men.

If you inflate the implant and then try to pull the skin of your shaft towards the base of your penis (similar to putting your arm into a sleeve), does the implant extend further into your glans. If so, you may be undersized and should consider being examined by a VERY HIGHLY EXPERIENCED (in implants) surgeon.

Caveat and disclaimer: The immediately foregoing paragraph is based on theoretical extension of what I have read and learned. But sincerely believed by me.

Further speculatoin: If your implant extends up into your glans (with the foregoing experiment) significanly further than it does with full inflation and without pulling on the shaft, I strongly suspect you may be undersized. Revision surgery is significantly less painful than a virgin implant.

You insert some gel in the urethra and a little on the glans and within about 8 min your head can swell and so does the shaft a bit, add your rock-hard implant to the mix and man oh man its awesome! I have tried it and love it because my glans no longer responded post prostate removal so there was no change after the implant.

Would that work better than Cialis? I’m asking because Cialis doesn’t really do much for me in terms of glans engorgement. I wonder if I should try this instead.

I did not respond to the pills post Prostate surgery, maybe was a bit more sensative when on Cialis but no swelling at all. I think the gel is worth a try. It works well for me, much like the injection. Dr Eid had no problem prescribing it either.

Since it is applied to the local tissues directly, it has a higher likelihood of working and lower likelihood of side effects. Worth a try.

From my understanding the Titan would have been a better choice for your concerns than the AMS but im not the most educated in that department
