I habitually wear underwear that keeps my penis pointed up (flaccid, semi-inflated or whatever. All the time except when I am sleeping. Scar tissue forming around the base of the implant conforms to that default position. Since I did that from the moment I left surgery, I had little problem with it (and also since I have worn supportive briefs all my life).

You may want to take my experience as advice. It will take patience and perseverance to see results.
