Certainly a malleable is more rigid than an uninflated Inflatable Penile Prosthesis (IPP) and less rigid than an inflated IPP.

If how each different manufacturer's malleable compares to other manufacturers' malleables, I cannot answer, but I have seen a chart comparing them recently on FrankTalk.

where did you read the feedback? that it is more rigid where they say it? why don't the best western implantologists use it if it gives more rigidity?

I've spoken to few who got the Indian implant done.
There is this video too, but in Hindi
https://youtu.be/zYZkvhYsCRc

Which gives some sort of comparison. Durometer reading of Indian implant is 70 Shore A.

How is the review of Shah Indian implant. I guess it's better than Tactra w et girth. How about partner satisfaction?

Also, it seems like the members are moderately well versed on them. So I'm thinkig their medical system must be getting info out to the public.
Why is there so much interest in malleables there?

It's because in India no erectile dysfunction treatments are covered by insurance. A traditional 3 piece implant could cost as much as 9lakhs INR (about 12000 USD). Which is well beyond the reach of common men. In comparison the malleable ones cost between 1.5 to 2.5 lakhs INR.
So it's definitely mostly the cost that even young to relatively young people have no option but to go for malleable implant. The other reason being simplicity of malleable implants and lesser chances of failure.

I suspected that it was basically a money decision. Younger men even here frequently have trouble with the money part if their insurance doesn't cover implants. Thats for clarifying the issue.
Just an idea. Would traveling to Turkey bring a 3 piece into your financial reach? Just a small suggestion.

May I ask why you recommend Turkey? Is it because it has good implanters for the price or just because it's cheap?
