Why is there so much interest in malleables there?
It's because in India no erectile dysfunction treatments are covered by insurance. A traditional 3 piece implant could cost as much as 9lakhs INR (about 12000 USD). Which is well beyond the reach of common men. In comparison the malleable ones cost between 1.5 to 2.5 lakhs INR.
So it's definitely mostly the cost that even young to relatively young people have no option but to go for malleable implant. The other reason being simplicity of malleable implants and lesser chances of failure.
I suspected that it was basically a money decision. Younger men even here frequently have trouble with the money part if their insurance doesn't cover implants. Thats for clarifying the issue.
Just an idea. Would traveling to Turkey bring a 3 piece into your financial reach? Just a small suggestion.
