I have to agree with the "use it" advice. In my reading it seems like pump or tubing failures far out number cylinder failures. A pump replacement only requires a scrotal incision. Generally tubing fails in the scrotum also. Face it, that is the parts that get jostled around & mis grabbed. The cylinders are sort of protected by the penis itself. Dogear failures are more related to the stiffer implants I.E. Titans & CX's. So the implant failure risk isn't the same across all models.
It doesn't really make sense to me to get an implant & then use it sparingly based upon the chance that it might fail. Wear it out.
Btw, I think Lostsheeps suggestion is very valid. Just put $5 or $10 away everytime you use it. Afterall, I bet some members are spending that already on pills just to masturbate. Just put that pill money into the bank.
