Down like it used to before I hand an implant. Flaccid it is seven inches long, so it would not be practical to point it up. It would be peaking out the top of the shorts. LOL. Just let it hang natural the way mother nature intended to be. That is what is so good about the LGX that everything looks so normal and it feels normal.
