I never have my dick pointing up or off to the side, it's always down. Is that (pointing down) not going to be comfortable after an implant?

I think it varies from guy to guy. Even pre-implant we all had our preferred way of positioning our dicks. I always wore it pointed down over my balls, but after the implant that becomes uncomfortable after a while, especially in tight jeans.
20 years of severe Peyronie's plaque, 90 curve, hinging and ED. Cost me 1.5" L and 1" G.
Implanted 2/18/21, AMS CX, 18 CM + 3 RTE, penoscrotal. Have gained 3/4". Gay, married, age 68.

Do the cylinders make it uncomfortable or is it the pump in the groin that make it hard to have it pointed down over the balls?

It is a pain or ache in the shaft and glans of my penis. If I reposition it off to the side after it starts to get uncomfortable, it then feels fine. I like the look of my bulge with my dick down over my balls though.
