Thanks sworks17, happy to hear you’re back in both saddles again. I am impressed with your success with the bike seat — very few implant guys are able to tolerate the bumps. My cheap ole Schwinn noseless seat works fine on my exercise bike which is a real bike, but I don’t put in anywhere near your mileage and no bumps.
Also appreciate your encouragement about regaining my length. I too have started out around 5.25”, maybe a bit more if I really press against the bone, would certainly like to get back to about 6”. What pattern of aggressive cycling have you used?
(Funny thing — I also had the Rezum treatment which didn’t work so I then had a laser Holep which did work — but I never connected the dots between those procedures and my subsequent ED— hmm..)
75, used pills, injections -- all lost effectiveness. Titan implanted by Eid in Feb '22.

Crazyjoe, I’m cyclying the implant at least twice a day, for 30 to 50 minutes, now that I’m at 4 months out there isn’t too much discomfort at that length of time. When I first started cycling, I could only pump it up to 20 or 25 for 20 minutes due to the pain.
Now I can pump it up to 30 to 35 pumps for 30 to 50 minutes with very little discomfort.
I’ve been doing warm sits baths too, to do stretching when I inflate to 13 to 15, up, down, side to side. Then I pump it up to 20 to 25 and do some more stretching, then go to 30 to 35 pumps, but stretching at that level is very slight and hurts a little. While doing this hold it at the base with one hand while stretching your dick.
I’ve read this from several of the Frank Talk members that do aggressive cycling.
My Doctor told me to cycle for 6 months, but I’m going to do aggressive cycling for at least a year.

We’ll see how it goes. Everything gets better with time.
