hello luigi, congratulations, will you recover soon, at the base of the rod you can see the tubes of the system?

Actually not, I know that the tubes are there ,but I can not see ,if I don't tuch .
Since the first time my penis looks like half erectic even when shouldn't I mean even when the implant is not active ,the panis doesn't go the down way ,is that normal ? I would just know more experience

I have an AMS also. Early on, the cylinders are fairly stiff, but over the next few weeks as you cycle, they will soften, and you will hang more normally. Since the implant prevents your penis from shortening like it used to, you will get used to having a larger flaccid dick than the old one.

Ok nice, and what about the scrotum ?even you after almost 3 weeks is still swell? Everytime I try to active I got a new enatome and a lot of pain .....jesus

It takes average six weeks before things get back to normal. Some rush into cycling and I do not agree with it because on my first revision I rushed at three weeks and the incision broke open. About quarter inch, but it scared me to where I went to the ER and all they told me was that they could not stitch it up again. To just apply an antibiotic ointment on it and let it heal. It healed up properly giving it time. My pump was giving me problems though and ten months later had another revision and this time I healed up fast. Four weeks later the surgeon said to go ahead and use it. I did not rush into having sex at four weeks, so I waited until I had six weeks. That was like two and a half years ago and my implant works perfect every time 5.7"x8". Cycle some every night or just have sex.
age: 75 First implant around 2001, 59 at the time. AMS 700 Ultrex
revision Dec 2016. 2ND implant 21CM, 1rte AMS 700 LGX MS pump

I really hope that you are able to straighten out your curvature because in cases like yours they recommend the Titan, given it has greater strength when it comes to correcting it.
