Well it seems like a no brainer decision from my point of view. I'm hoping that the new surgeon fully understands your medical history & is willing/capable to size you correctly. Seems to me that if you've had 23cm before without erosion trouble that you should be able to get that much again.

Thanks everyone it’s been a hell ride. I heard Steve Harvey say that if your going through hell keep going. Why would you stop in hell.
30 yrs old. Current IPP failed in 2022. Waiting revision. No insurance. I’ve had both Titan & AMS.

After 3 surgeries myself, in one year, I need a bigger dick! I miss the old me :lol:

43 years old, operated on 03 February 2023, Rigicon Infla 10 AX three-component prosthesis (model extendable by approx. 20%). Operated in Istanbul by Prof. DR. Karaman with penescrotal incision.
