Not really. How old is your implant? Its not the implant. Its the fresh tender tissue that I'd be concerned about.
I'm pretty sure that I've read of two members that damaged their implants early. The general feeling on both was too vigorous of sex too soon after surgery. As I recall one guy twisted one end in his glans. The other knocked his rear tip out of the base.
My concern is that you seem to be planning on breaking concrete too early. A hooker won't complain about that. A wife/girlfriend might not like it at first after a long dry spell.
Please feel free to fuck as you want. But my words of caution for a first encounter are to take it easier. Pain is natures way of saying you're fucking up. Its a method to keep you from doing more or worse damage. Even athletes do some simple exercises before starting their workouts.
