Pre-op implant surgery shaving

Thank you for all the advice. Dr. Blick(Phoenix) is doing mine, and his printed instructions say to shave the day before surgery because "you do a better job....". I think I'll get more clarification from his office as the time approaches.

I will have an implant on January 17th, the interruptions say not to shave and not thin out at all, I will have an infrapubic surgery by dr gabriele antonini, best italian high volume implantologist, right arm of dr paul perito

That's very strange, my surgeon specifically stated not to shave for at least 3 weeks prior to the surgery, that's because you my cause a skin irritation and develop some minor infection that my end up becoming a major infection for your implant. Consequently there is a big risk of having your surgery canceled in the event even a little pimple appear close by the surgery site...
