I don't squeeze to get all the fluid out and it seems to do fine on its own. Maybe a little bit of a shower isn't bad. It does hang normally though.

With my 700 I gently press the deflate button, and it deflates without needing to compress the cylinders. Perhaps some gentle pressure right at the end, but not much. I find putting on boxers is enough to deflate to the level of a comfortable flaccid.
I can hear and feel the saline moving back to the reservoir. It doesn't bother me at all, I think it's quite cool.
