Well, after months and a week post-op, I finally used my new dick. I was able to get her off multiple times before finally tapping out with pain around the 20 minute mark in the second round. It was amazing to just have a hard dick and not worry about it failing. It was like a dream. I never imagined this freedom could be possible. Now, I really feel liberated. I was afraid to use it at first for a few reasons, but one of them is I just don't like the way it looks pumped comfortably at 75%. It's right at 6 inches long at that pump level (6.5 fully pumped but its still hard to get there and hurts fast), and pre-surgery, I was used to a tiny bit more length. Then again, it barely worked and I always came too fast. This is incredible. I realize now I focus less on what I perceive it to look like and more on the results in front of me.

Yes, this was the revelation I felt after first trying injection therapy, I never realised how much thinking I kept on trying to keep an erection, and instead I could focus on my wife's body, and in return her libido has shot right back up to close to where it was when we first met. Her problem these days with sex is too many orgasms, I have to make sure they are well paced.

I think it's a real tragedy so many men get punitively labelled "bad at sex" because of erectile dysfunction, because people are taught to place such a priority on their own sexual needs, they never even know what it's like to be a man trying to maintain an erection.

It's not that hard to hide it, especially on one-night stands. Suddenly you have a raging erection and they probably think you're excited to see them. I continue to use the VED every day as instructed by my doc. I just would like to get a bit more length back. lke .5.... I will pump away, as he's directed.

I see you have a Titan implant and you are relative young. Can you tell me how it is to have a Titan in daily life. Do you wear tight jeans or suitepants and can you hide the implant so people don't notice a print of your penis or a 'semi erect'?

It’s noticeable. I stopped caring. I wear one pair of snug underwear and that’s it. We have dicks, women have breasts. Nothing to be ashamed of. It’s kindve noticeable In dark pants.
It’s noticeable in khakis. It swings in sweat pants. Oh well. It’s not that bad or that obvious.

And yeah I’m relatively young.
I’m glad I went through with this. I needed it.

You're young to be implanted but glad you found it's a great thing. My ED didn't hit until my 50's thankfully, and then it was pills and needles which I hated. First sex with my implant was around 6 1/2 weeks and it hurt so good. Took me several months to get past being uncomfortable during sex.
