Never was a dribbler until after my implant. Now even close to 2 years out there is always a drop or two no matter how much I shake, milk or squeeze it. I have been sitting to pee since the implant, and dab with tissue every time. It's that or spray the seat, floor, etc. Stand up and a few seconds later, drip.
At a urinal I'm ok but all the shaking and squeezing to get those last few drops out probably make some guys think I'm masturbating. :D

Old guy, I assume you know about the "magic button" under your junk!? I was the same 30 years ago and a Dr said you need the magic button - I thought WTF ? So-- under your balls back a bit towards your ass try to find "the spot" and with your index (or strong finger) push the spot and watch the last bit of your pee shoot out. be carful where you are aiming! I've messed up many of toilet seats, Lol.
good luck.

After prostate surgery my incontanence was bad it got better with the implant. My doctor also did what they call a “ mini dupet” were it tightens the urethra with just a few pumps and leak is all gone! I would really recommend looking into that. Yes you do at first have to milk it and shake it but that becomes a routine thing after a while. Good luck’
