VED can be a good solution!
Why haven’t you tried it yet?
I know.. pretty embarrassing for a young guy.. but still if you find the right woman why not
26yo from Italy. Psychogenic ed since dec 2019, got worse in Jan 2021. On Cialis 5mg every 24hrs, it works! But masturbation and sex bring me a lot of anxiety. On talk-therapy.
Update: diagnosed with slight Peyronie’s, investigating more on that

Not true! Several excellent US, implant surgeons do them out of clinics for around $18,000. What are your results with injections?
83, good health, RP 7-2017, all nerves taken , PSA 0.05in 2025,, implanted 4-1-18, Infra-pubic, AMS lgx 15 cm with 5cm rte. Implant at USC Keck. Dr Boyd and Dr Loh Doyle 6.5 x 5, 800 AUS 7-21-20 at Keck

Not true! Several excellent US, implant surgeons do them out of clinics for around $18,000. What are your results with injections?

I was including surgery cost, travel expenses, VISAS, food, lodging, etc.
34 yo, limited hand/finger dexterity. Tried vacuums, pills, TriMix, and Jelqs and nothing works. Implanted with AMS 700CX 21cm, Right 0.5 RTE by Dr. Clavell in Houston, TX on 5/12/21. Frenectomy 5/11/22 by Dr. Clavell.

100 k? Am I going to the USA or to Dubai? ... with 25,000 I could implant myself with a good doctor in the USA

If they do implants in my country ... but they are inexperienced surgeons, and they rease me to perform the operation because of my age!

My problem is to lose my erection extremely easy ... but not because I did not reach it! ..... See it will help me to reach it but not to retain it

how much does hakky charge? .... that's why 25,000k of surgery ... that is, 25,000 of tickets, 25,000 of hotel, 25,000 of food ... I repeat, am I going to the USA or Dubai?

I’ve heard Hakky charges about 18k when he uses a clinic. Staying in Atlanta is cheap. I recommend a video consult as he is very easy to talk to.
Implanted April 9th 2021(age 55) by Dr. Eid w/ 24 cm Titan
Activated Day 3; minimal swelling and discomfort for 3-4 weeks
Preop injection size: 17 cms length (slight press) & 15 1/2 cm girth
Post up w/max inflation: 17 cm length 14 cm girth
