Re: How anatomically correct are implants?

After three years and plenty of use mine looks fine to the wife and I. My Titan is much softer now and hangs pretty close to my original dick.

It is darned hard to have sex without an erection. So I am happy to have a penis that works when I want it to work. Yes, it may be a little flatter or a bit more straight--but the real reason I was implanted was not for a cosmetic purpose--it was to regain function. The straight cylinders work great--and I am happy every time I pump and they fill so I can have an erection and enjoy sex. Is it perfect? No, but given where I was, I am very happy with the results and like many others wonder why I waited so long to have it done.

So, i was wondering how anatomically correct implants are, especially compared with the "original penis" (before implant)?
Looking at pictures of the actual implants, it seems they are all "generic", straight tubes with a standard size and shape. However, we all know all dicks are different. For example, i know mine is pretty particular in it's downward curve. I am also pretty happy to have one that, even if small, is "proportional" and no part of it is too big or too small to a point that it looks weird... If i was to get an implant one day, are they capable of molding the actual hardware to simulate what i originally had? Or do you just get a "generic" dick that is straight as a rod, aimed at "2 o'clock" and that's it?
Do you also get the slightly triangular shape of the erect penis, with the large bulge all along the underside of the shaft, under the two corpus cavernosas?

Personally I think they look about like a natural dick. There are many pictures of implanted dicks on site and most look really good and natural. If no one told you they had a prosthesis inside you'd never know

Masonjames, amen. Not all sexual organs look the same. Normal & average are pretty broad words. Every single one that I've looked at. Looked like a dick. Did it look exactly like my own...no.
Why some people want/insist on debating every tiny detail is beyond me.

I don't understand it either. There is such a variety of dicks that I think what is normal, for you, could look totally different from mine . The important thing is that mine looks like mine before and after. A few minor differences, some good and some not as good but it still look like mine and looks like a normal dick to anyone seeing it.
