Hey guys thanks for all the input. @oregonstrong yes there was a guy here i actually meet with him you could visibly see the tubing and feel the tubing in his scrotum. I even had a consult with his doctor didn't care for any of his answers.

4 of 5 years ago when I started reaching this to the best of my knowledge there were less than a handful of urologist doing this in Vegas and could only find one, Friedman on Coloplast site. I was ready to fly to Baltimore but that all unraveled when my wife was diagnosed with cancer. I've been a widower now 2-1/2 years its time to get have a little intimacy once in a while.

My insurance doesn't cover this surgery so I know ill be paying out of pocket and I want the best results. In the past talking with folks on here many suggested if I could find a good surgeon close to home recovery would be easier, no flying for 4 hours etc.

Look into Quincys journal. He is from Boise ID and used Dr Karpman. You are paying out of pocket so Karman is your man. $18500,,You cant find better. PM Quincy. I am sure he will help you with things like connections. United airlines I think has a class that is reasonable in price with a comfortable seat for the return trip. Have you ever asked for handicap service from an airline. They wheel you in a wheel chair from start to finish. They never leave your side. you can do it.

yes i was going to suggest Karpman also from where you are based, that makes the most sense, and it's a nice short flight to the Bay Area from Vegas.

So I'm seeing McCraw here in Vegas next Friday I have a list of questions for him hopefully I will get it done locally but I haven't ruled out travel as I want the best results.

I've read many post about feeling the implant tips in the head unfortunately the one show and tell I had with the guy from Vegas I was too hesitant to actually feel for it. Do urologist that do high volume implants typically have patients that will show their results?
