I see you are in the Netherlands,, In the US employers cant discriminate against a person with a handicap. Tell your administrators you will be teaching from a wheel chair. They cant ask what your disability is that confines you to the chair. Just a thought. I was one of those inflated 89-90% for 4 weeks. Cant imagine doing anything during those 4 weeks. I stayed nude for most of that time. You have also posted about concerns about the bulge. You best create a new hanging shirt look or you will drive yourself nuts. I have a 6 inch penis and if I wear dress slacks it is very noticeable ( to the point of getting stares) fully deflated at 2 years since IPP. If I wasn't for my voyarism it would be embarrassing standing in front of a class of students.
