Wow, by the size, it looks like it's as wide as three quarters end-to-end. A quarter is 0.955" in diameter.

Three quarters end-to-end is 2.865" long. Circumference of a cylinder with a diameter of 2.865" is 9" (girth).

If these numbers are correct (based on visual which might be slightly distorted), that's one crazy wide dick at 9" girth!

9 isnt that far off. With a semi erection and a cloth tape....base girth is bout 8.75. In guessing if i could get super hard maybe 9. I used to worry there wouldn't be a girl in the world thatd like that or be able to comfortably have sex with that. 50% ive been with didnt mind it. The other 50% said no way. But it does make sex a non spontaneous event and while i can deal with that fact i absolutely do not wish for more girth with an implant. Which ws the reason i was hoping for facts and figures and experience to give me some sort of idea about whether an implant would make the girth issue worse.

I think the biggest thing here is to make sure you talk to the surgeon and express your concerns. He should be able to remove spongy tissue from within the corpora to reduce the chance of and natural erection coming back after you receive the implant and to reduce the amount of natural tissues you have that give you girth.

Essentially, less tissues, less girth. The implant itself won't provide crazy wide girth but the surrounding tissues of the penis will augment the implant's girth, so removing them rather than pushing them out of the way to insert the cylinders should help.

Probably all true. I guess no real way of knowing unless they poke around inside and see what there is to do if anything. Preferably the less invasive the better. Or just not at all. Implant and leave be. Results be what they be.

I recall user "Happy Toy" started getting girth as a side effect of injection therapy, and it went away after implant. So maybe ask him.

A conversation with a couple good implant surgeons will get you the information you need.
I’m sure it’s stressful but make some appointments so you can make an informed decision about what to do next.
