How many guys can be healthy if their penis won’t work?
I believe this question should paramount when considering the health of any man. We all know most people have sex because it is one of the things we as individuals crave. Men women it doesn’t make any difference because we all need and enjoy sex. I firmly believe that in order to be physically spiritually and mentally healthy one must have a healthy sex life. We all crave sex and need a good healthy sexual relationship to be the best we can be. I have realized during my thirty six years of marriage that a good healthy sexual relationship with my wife just propels me to another level of intimacy. I am so thankful for my relationship with my wife.

I agree with you. But supporting the health of their customers is the secondary aim of insurance companies. The primary aim is to generate profits for their shareholders.
I’ll need to make an appointment with the surgeon’s office and see what they have to say.

I into the same issue with Cigna In my employer's insurance plan. It turned out that the implant was excluded by my employer and there does not seem to be a way around it. Biting the bullet and paying out of pocket. Hopefully your situation is better.

If there's any hint of scarring, plaque, curve or narrowing related to Peyronie's Disease, that's a sure-fire way to get an approval from an insurance company regardless of the company or who pays for it.
Peyronie's deformities are "DAMAGE" and the implant is intended to REPAIR that damage (it is considered the "Gold Standard" to cure Peyronie's Disease).
If you don't have any plaque or scarring (or curve, etc), you might be out of luck but if the doctor can find ANY evidence of it, have him insist on the need to resolve the PD.
