This is the thing with me and what I see. This is a difficult choice to make. Men are on the fence sometimes for years with this. I had trouble for years even being able to talk to my doctor about it. But once I was on board with this 100% something clicked. Wow. I was going to kick the hell out of ED no matter what it took. I was asking all kinds of questions before like some others were that were still not all in on this. After that I could not wait. I was so excited and just wanted it to hurry up as much as possible. Don't worry about asking these questions as most of us have been through what you are going through same as you. We understand and are here for you.

But in this case yes Eid has seen men like you. Skin and tissue stretch. You body adjusts. Me I have low hangers and plenty of room for 2 pumps. So this is something I did not have to adjust to. And I have balls bigger than my pump so it is my guys little brother. So I will let the other men on here advise you on this. May take you a bit of time to adjust to it that I did not have to go through. I don't know and cannot say but I have read of other men with the same concern having very little or no trouble.

So keep asking questions and you can call me anytime to talk. You can spend the time getting in the best shape you can. The healthier you are the better all the way around. Spend time with family and stay busy getting ready. That will help the time go faster.

And when you have concerns and worries this is the place to be.

My Coloplast pump feels pretty small in my sack compared to my testicles. I was a low hanger until doc tightened up some excess skin during surgery. Once the swelling went down and I got used to having the pump in my sack it's hardly noticeable now.
After surgery a hot bath will relax your sack if needed. (after cleared by doc of course) That's the only way I was able to find the pump and deflate the first few times.

Perhaps you're not ready then. To most of us, staying with ED is a worse future than a few weeks of discomfort to be cured.
Remember, it is a frequent saying among the implanted. "I wish that I had done it years ago".
Think of the long term fix. Not the short term discomfort.

Not to brag and I don't know why, myself but I never had any nervousness even when people asked me if I was getting nervous about my upcoming surgery. I only had absolute certainty and excitement at what was going to be after I recovered. I'd watched many videos of various surgeries including more extreme ones than I was going to have (including deglove and tunica repairs). As a matter of fact I even watched one or two penis disassembly and rebuild surgeries that caused me some tightness in my scrotum (I got a strong case of the "Willies" or "Heebie-Jeebies".) I won't even go into details here (I will in PM if someone is curious) because those videos were "mildly" disturbing.)

I was implanted with AMS and the pump not including the valve block is about the size of a pecan. The valve block is rectangular and maybe 1/2" x 1/2" x 1 1/4". The pump is made onto the valve block and extends downward from the block for about the length and diameter of a pecan. The release button is directly above that pecan looking pump I mentioned. Google Boston Scientific penis pump and you will find a pic of it. When you have surgery done.......Doc should send home a packet with a DVD and lots of paper information &&& (big and) a dummy pump to help you visualize just what he tucked into your nut sack.
