I agree with Txagq8 we worry more about length than function. For me if I gain back nothing I have a cock that works and so far satisfies all involved. Win win to me. Good luck.

I do not think you have a concern in going with doctor Ralph. I have not talked to either Eid or Ralph but I think they will both size you correctly. And all doctors screw up. This includes all the best in the world. You may very slightly reduce this by going with Eid over Ralph but giving up local after care is a much bigger negative than the very slight chance of a better outcome with travel. If I had access to a doctor anywhere close to Ralph near me I would have gone to him/her.

So while I do think your concern about this in reference to your situation is not realistic I do agree that there is a real problem men face in regards to size loss in many geographic locations. I only have an opinion on this that it is a combination of doctors not having a belief that this is "real" medical care and powerful insurance companies. As insurance in the US is controlled by the individual states this varies from state to state and around the world.

As far as can an undersized first operation be corrected with a second one, the answer is yes it can. And there are men on this site who have had the second operation done with proper sizing. The cases I know about are however within the first 6 or so months of the first.

As far as the size loss vs. function addressed by some during this thread I have a bit of a different opinion. If the loss was caused by ED and not preventable then that is one thing you can do very little about unless you are able to and want to go through grafting or risky unproven problematic new surgical procedures. So acceptance of that loss is one thing. But loss that is preventable with VED therapy or a doctor not properly sizing a man is a whole different issue altogether. I have a big problem with doctors who start out with the objective of "at least" 1" size loss pre vs, post op. Why is it ok for this when many other doctors in the US and around the world can do this surgery with minimal or no size loss. And why are the patients so acceptant of this. Seems to me to be insult to injury by shorting a man who has had to go through this with preventable size loss. I do not know why it seems there is no standardize procedure all doctors must follow for ED for size loss.

But for the OP original question he has listed 2 very good doctors that will properly size him. So I would recommend the earliest possible surgery once size loss from ED starts or is foreseeable. As with many others I only wish I had mine earlier.

Take care and best to all going forward with this.

If i had lost 1/2 inch i could care less, but i lost 2 inches. If i started out like 6,7,8 inches no big deal, but i started at only 5 inches so you lose 2 inches that leaves 3 inches.Guess what now my wife and i can't have successful intercourse. So i have to find a doctor to fix this so i have enough size to perform.I don't care what size that is ,just so we can have sex again.Pick your doctor well. I'am an older guy and that's what i care about.

thank you for reading my rant.
