Re: Always hard implants?
My surgeon found scar tissue near tip on led side and due to that I had to receive AMS CXR. His proposed way of doing two surgeries might be the right route for properly sized implant.

What’s it like in clothes? How about exercise? How long was your recovery

I have heard that you can have grafting procedure together with a Titan implant, you would keep the titan inflated till you heal. Why do they use a malleable and then exchange it? Do you have any idea? I would like to know what the difference is
Thanks

I think that you have 2 stories blended into 1. It is my understanding that the normal protocol for an infected implant is to remove the implant, throughly clean the area & put a malleable implant in. This keeps the penis from shrinking while you get over the infection. After everything looks good, normally around the 6 month time frame. An inflatable implant is put in if the patient desires one.

Re: Always hard implants?
I had about a 20 degree bend at mid dick.My doc who is the best in the Los Angeles area and been specializing in implants for 30 years pumped me to 80-90 %. I had to endure that for 4 weeks. The pain was nearly unbearable. I used some non prescribed pain killers to get through it. It had to be pumped hard to keep it straight. I think in your case keeping an inflatable hard for 4 months would be impossible. The malleable doesn't have to be under so much pressure to keep it straight. The malleable can be bent in different directions. I was hard with 6 inches sticking straight out at 3 o'clock position the whole 4 weeks. Retired and stayed nude most of the time. Did go to Las Vegas with my grand sons to a basketball tournament. Just wore loose gym shorts. Had some fun with the girls teasing me though when on the strip. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Good luck with your journey.
